Larry Nicks- President and Founder

Larry Anthony Nicks is a native of Starkville, Mississippi. A 1978 graduate of Starkville High in Oktibbeha County, Larry attended Hinds Community College in Raymond, Mississippi, where his focus was Business Communications. Larry also attended Mississippi State University, majoring in Marketing and Communications, as well as Mississippi Baptist Seminary, in the studies of Social Science (Theology). He is currently a student at New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary.

His professional career spans over 19 years in broadcasting, in the areas of sales, sales management, general manager, and consultant with ABC, NBC and Fox Affiliates. Larry has been active in numerous organizations, and has served on numerous boards, such as the YMCA, Mission Mississippi, Habitat for Humanity and others. He serves as co-founder and President with his wife of 20+ years, Carla. Together, they have three children and currently reside in Brandon, Mississippi.

Carla Nicks- Senior Vice-President

Carla Nicks bringing to-date over 22 years of public relations experience to the company serves as Senior Vice President and Co-Founder of Nspirational Communications Group. Her savvy and no non sense ability to weave through the bureaucracy of red tape has garnered Nspirational’s clients quick and efficient results.

Though Carla currently resides in Brandon with her family, she is a native of New Orleans, Louisiana. Her academic education spans from private, parochial and public schooling. She has served or currently serves on boards to include but not limited to: United Way of the Capital Area, University Christian School and many others, to which she has been bestowed many honors and commendations.

She has been the primary event planner and fund raising chair for numerous non profit and community organizations, as well as to her credit being a highly sought after motivational speaker. Though Carla wears many hats as Senior V.P., her primary functions with the company are strategic planning, event management and business development.

Richard Lind: - Director of Sales and Marketing

Richard Lind a native of Augusta, Georgia lives in Jackson, Mississippi. He received his undergraduate degree from Morris Brown College in Atlanta, Georgia. He earned a Master of Divinity Degree and his Doctor of Ministry Degree from New Foundation Theological Seminary.

Richard has over 33 years of business and business management experience. His areas of focus have been Sales and Marketing, Event Planning, Strategic Planning, Market and Business Development. He served as the production manager for the Stage Play “Secrets”. Presently Richard serves as the Director of Sales and Marketing for Nspirational Communications Group, Inc. He is also the founder of the Mississippi Bridal Association, Mississippi Bridal Show and Expo.He is married to Kyla Lind and they have two children, Richard II and Ryla.

Juan D. Knott: Sales and Marketing

Juan, a native of Jackson, Ms was educated in the public school system. He attained his BA in English with a minor in Pre-Law/Business Administration and Music from Jackson State University. He then received his MBA from Kaplan University with an emphasis in Human Resources. Juan brings an array of experience and industry exposure to NCG, including: Marketing, Public Relations, Business Consulting, Education, Motivational and Public Speaking, and Community Service. With over 17 years experience in each, He will serve as an Account Executive/ Marketing Consultant and Community Relations Liaison to benefit clients and partners in all areas of efficiency.
Bryan Adams - Director of Information Technology & Website Support Systems

Bryan Adams, a native of West Tennessee, has lived in Jackson with his wife and two sons since 1998. He received his Bachelor's Degree in Advertising in 1992 from Murray State University. Bryan has been a professional photographer since 1990, and also has almost twenty years' experience in videography, graphic design and website design. Bryan is also owner of two businesses in the Jackson MS area since 2004, and is responsible for the design of more than 150 websites in this area alone. He is also a respected celebrity in the Flowood community, as host of the Mayor of Flowood's radio show, "Focus on Flowood", and is the owner of www.VisitFlowood.com
Karen R. Elder - Administrative Assistant

Karen Elder is a native of Jackson, Mississippi, and was educated within the Jackson Public School System. Karen has over ten years in customer service experience, with over five of those years to-date in business management. As Administrative Assistant to the President of NCG, Karen’s responsibilities consist of office management, as well as providing administrative support to the staff. Karen joined Nspirational Communications Group, Inc. in November of 2009.

Dominique M. Grant - Marketing and Media Specialist
Dominique Grant is a native of Jackson, Mississippi and was educated within the Jackson Public School System. She obtained her Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communications from Edward Waters College in Jacksonville, Florida. She has extensive background experience in Journalism, Print Media, Advertising Sales, Marketing and Planning. Dominique recently joined Nspirational Communications Group in the capacity of Marketing and Media Specialist.
