Carla Nicks
Bringing, to date, over 25 years of public relations experience to the company, Carla Nicks serves as Senior Vice President of Nspirational Communications Group. Her savvy and no non sense ability to weave through the bureaucracy of red tape has garnered Nspirational client’s quick and efficient results.
Though Carla currently resides in Brandon with her family, she is a native of New Orleans, Louisiana. Her high school and higher education spans private, parochial and public schooling. She has served, or currently serves on boards to include, but not limited to, The United Way of the Capital Area, University Christian School, American Heart Association, The Mississippi Food Network, United Parcel Service Foundation Board, and many others, to which she has been bestowed many honors and commendations. She’s served primarily as event planner, fund raising and personnel chair for numerous non profit and community organizations. To her credit, Carla is highly sought out as a motivational speaker. Though Carla wears many hats as V.P., her primary functions with the company are strategic planning and event management.
Also to her credit, Carla holds the distinct honor of being crowned the First African American Miss. Hinds Jr. College, as well as Mrs. Mississippi.
